On the side handles you can adjust the resistance to 30 possible levels. There you will also find a bottle holder and the hand pulse sensors for the heart rate measurement. The adjustable straps on the pedals provide an additional hold when training.

Individual training

With the Matrix recumbent ergometer R50 XER, your endurance training can be designed to be particularly individual and diverse. You can access programmes that are generated based on your training data or create your own workout. These are automatically repeated in your personal training calendar.

The Sprint 8 programme is an exclusive and scientifically proven HIIT programme. With this high-intensity interval training programme, muscles are developed and fat burnt extremely effectively in short workout units. These Sprint 8 training units are particularly well-suited to users who either have little time for training or for those who would like to set new stimuli.

XUR console for maximum entertainment

On the first-class 22" XUR console, there are numerous entertainment options and two Virtual Active routes available. Using the HD touchscreen, you can stream films, videos and music while working out. Select from the large selection of well-known streaming services, like Netflix, YouTube and Spotify, or connect your mobile device to the console. With WLAN, Bluetooth, HDMI, or USB, you have a large selection of interfaces available.

With the integrated web browser, you can directly access your preferred websites. The integrated 5 watt loudspeakers complement the multimedia experience. Thanks to the automatic change in the rowing mode after 15 minutes of inactivity, you will avoid unnecessary energy waste.
