The SelectaBell kettlebell from Taurus lets you replace a set of five kettlebells with just one. This saves you money and space. It also makes it much easier to move your workout anywhere without having to carry multiple kettlebells over a number of trips.
Simple adjustment mechanism
To adjust the weight of the kettlebell, simply press the tabs together, turn the selector to the weight you want, release the tabs, and your kettlebell is ready for you to continue your training. The simple mechanism lets you quickly change weights making it great for drop sets or rapidly alternating between exercises. This saves you time so you can train more effectively.
5 weight levels to choose from
The SelectaBell kettlebell comes in three models with a maximum weight of either 13.5 kg, 18 kg, or 22.5 kg. Each version allows you to select between 5 weight levels. The different settings let you adjust the weight to match your individual fitness level. The unused weights simply remain on the ground.
Quality materials and craftsmanship
The Taurus SelectaBell Kettlebells are built to last with handles and weights made of high-quality cast iron. The handle is intentionally coarse to improve your grip. The handle also has an optimal diameter of 30 mm, so you can wrap your whole hand around it. This is very helpful with kettlebell exercises requiring a wide range of movement.

Kettlebell workouts to make you sweat
Training with kettlebells is a sweaty affair and requires that you get your whole body into it. This is largely due to kettlebell exercises typically being performed with a high number of repetitions of up to 100 reps per set. Many kettlebell exercises also involve a swinging motion. Die Taurus Selecabell Kettlebell vereint fünf Kettlebells in nur einem Trainingsgerät. Der Verstell-Mechanismus funktioniert einfach und selbsterklärend. Zudem liegt die Kettlebell sehr gut in der Hand. Trainings-Vielfalt bei maximaler Platzersparnis.
