Motor-less treadmills are gaining popularity that they offer runners training without settings. The user drives the treadmill directly with their own leg strength and through shifting their weight, this in turn quickly and easily changes the intensity and running rhythm of the workout. The ball-bearing slats of the running mat offers perfect cushioning for all running styles like endurance, sprints or interval training. Stylish design and high quality materials

The Sprintbok is made from solid wood which is manufactured into a stylish curved frame. The wooden frame also provides a reduction in vibration during intensive workouts. The solid hand-rails provides an elegant and stable grip surface in which a 17.3 inch tablet, with the Sprintbok app, is mounted. The app helps runners keep an eye on all important performance data, choose different running workouts or switch between scenery runs. The running mat is comprised of 62 moveable wooden slats that are coated with Linoleum. This coating makes the slats especially durable. The flexible production of the slats catches the step impact of the run and offers optimal cushioning during training.
