The recumbent exercise bike is equipped with a high backrest that supports the entire back and lumbar area. The cardiostrong recumbent ergometer BC70 is equipped with a very user-friendly, simple console that provides an exact overview of your current workout. Time, calorie consumption, heart rate, distance and much more – so you have your training under control at all times.

16 resistance levels and 12 preset programmes are available for a varied and motivating workout at every fitness level. From light movement training to an intense workout that strengthens the leg muscles, everything is possible on the BC70. Other programmes are pulse-controlled and are therefore ideal for particularly effective training: the heart rate display makes monitored training easier and helps you to stay in the optimal pulse range for your fitness goal.

When it comes to training control, the BC70 offers another feature that is usually only seen on recumbent bikes in significantly higher price ranges: you can use the console to organise your training session, or the two conveniently-placed handles on the side of the seat. Use the corresponding buttons to navigate through the menu or adjust the resistance. There are also hand-pulse sensors on the handles to measure your heart rate if you have selected a pulse programme. Alternatively, you can also measure your pulse very precisely with a chest strap, which is available from us as an accessory. The memory function on the BC70 lets several people have an individual exercise plan: up to four athletes can save their training data and call it up at any time.

We heve the BC70 since ages (the old version with LED display) and we are very satisfied. Thanks to the every direction good adjustable seat position, both of us (my wife 160cm, me 176cm height) comfortable sit on it. I have tried several others, but very soon it began to hurt my butt, but not this one, it is different. The seat surface is big, properly padded and support our ass very well. I just ordered one more for my mother-in-law...;-) Strongly recommended!

Ich bin hochzufrieden über dieses Ergometer. Es ist mein 5 Fitnessgerät in meinem Haus. Habe mir zusätzlich noch ein LED-Schwanenhalslämpchen am USB angeschlossen, um die FestButtons im Dunklen dezent zu beleuchten. Die Bedienung ist nicht selbst erklärend... , das Handbuch bezüglich der Konsole sehr zurückhaltend. Aber man kommt auch durch probieren zum Ziel. Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme waren einfach. Pedale werde ich noch durch SPD Pedale wechseln, so der Service mal reagiert. Die Hardware ist toll. Das Gerät flüsterleise und steht perfekt und stabil. Toll finde ich auch das Merken der Trainingseinheiten, der ausgesprochene komfortable Sitz. Ich würde es sofort wieder kaufen, auch wenn ich lange noch mit Horizon und Vision geliebäugelt hatte. Es ist ein Profigerät und erkennt auch meine "alten Brustgurte". Verbesserungswürdig wäre sicher das Handbuch, aber ich will ja nicht lesen, sondern trainieren und das geht sehr sehr toll.... Produit livré assez rapidement (une semaine) Il est recommandé d'être à 2 pour le monter. Mais en faisant attention, j'y suis arrivé tout seul. Je ne l'utilise pas depuis assez longtemps pour juger de la fiabilité, mais pour l'instant, je suis entièrement satisfait.

Das Gerät wurde von der kompetenten Verkäuferin wärmstens empfohlen und es hat sich herausgestellt,Sie hat Recht.....fast geräuschlos,absolut ruhiger Lauf und das Gerät bewegt sich nicht einen Milimeter, im Betrieb.....mehr geht nicht,ein sehr guter Kauf!

Das Liegeergometer "BC70" hatten wir per Komfort-Lieferung (d.h. einschl. Montage) beauftragt und im Terminrahmen erhalten. In wenigen Minuten haben wir die perfekte Sitzeinstellung und Sitzposition gefunden. Nach wenigen Tagen täglichen Trainings mit langsamen Steigerungen hatten wir das Menü der Programmeinstellungen durch "Learning on Doing" durchforstet. Es wird mindestens noch einige Tage dauern, es auch zu beherrschen um das Liegeergometer BC70 in vollem Umfang nutzen zu können. Insoweit übertrifft das Gerät die Erwartungen. Die mitgelieferte und auch im Internet erhältliche Anleitung zur Bedienung der Programmsteuerung ist leider verbesserungsfähig. Hier könnte der Hersteller einem Mtarbeiter mit entsprechendem Geschick einen Gestaltungsauftrag erteilen oder eine optimierte Gestaltung für ein Nachfolgemodell vorsehen, das möglicherweise in den nächsten Jahren folgt. Es ist möglich, die geleisteten Trainingseinheiten eines jeden der max. vier programmierbaren Nutzer zu speichern. Die Auflage zur Tablettablage enthält auch einen USB-Anschluss (der in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird), doch dieser ist nur zur Stromversorgung eines Tabletts und nur während des Trainings nutzbar. Er sollte auch nutzbar sein zum Kopieren der gespeicherten Trainingsdaten.... [Read more]

Das Gerät ist einfach zusammenzubauen, Anleitung prima. Ich hätte mir bessere / zusätzlich Verstellmöglichkeit der Rückenlehne gewünscht. Der Transportgriff am Ende des Gerätes ist etwas klein ausgefallen; hier wäre ein zweiter Griff an der Vorderachse hilfreich, da das hintere Ende doch eher an der Wand steht. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Das cardiostrong Liegeergometer BC70 ist ein kompaktes, sehr gut dimensioniertes Ergometer, insbesondere dann, wenn man nicht sehr viel Platz hat. Sitz und Rückenlehne sind sehr bequem und leicht verstellbar. Insgesamt gesehen, ist es gut zu bedienen, die Bedienungsanleitung ist beim Aufbau sehr hilfreich und übersichtlich, hinsichtlich Beschreibung der Konsole ist sie leider etwas oberflächlich und nicht gut verständlich.

Sehr gute und sehr freundliche Beratung. Gutes Fachwissen, alle Fragen wurden Optimal beantwortet. Mann wird zu nichts überredet sondern es wären vor und Nachteile der Geräte Beraten und man kann sie für das Entscheiden was für einen das richtige ist. Wir haben durch testen und Beratung das Liegeergometer BC 70 gleich 2x gekauft, und uns für weitere Geräte Beraten lassen. Vielen Dank
