Full-body training at home with the Bodycraft M Press multi-gym

Despite its compact design, the BodyCraft Multi-Gym M Press offers 5 training stations in one device for a wide range of exercises.

Use the Multi-press to train your chest, shoulder and back muscles.
You can do a lot of exercises on the lower cable pull. This allows you to train the muscles of the back, chest, shoulders, legs and arms.
You can train your back muscles effectively with the lat pulldown station.
With the Leg Extension Machine, you can set training stimuli for the front and rear thigh muscles.
The Crunch Station is suitable for intensive training of the abdominal muscles while sitting.

The incline of the multi-press can be adjusted. This makes exercises such as incline bench press, shoulder press and rowing possible. The stable frame of the BodyCraft Multi-Gym M Press is made of strong steel tubes, which gives the multi-gym a high level of stability and guarantees a long service life.

The seat can be adjusted for optimal training ergonomics when using the multi press, lat pulldown and crunch station. The weight block has a total weight of 85.5 kg and is graduated in 4.5 kg increments. This allows you to build up your strength training incentives over time.
