The Hoist Dual Action Smith offers you best training possibilities. Here, the optimal safety while doing free movements with barbell weights plays an important role. Thanks to the integrated barbell bar, which is placed in a guide, horizontal and vertical movements of the barbell bar are made possible. Furthermore, the Hoist Dual Action Smith can be variedly upgraded and offers optimal training conditions for doing strength training.
The Hoist Dual Action Smith includes a cage, which safes barbell-bar movements in 9 height levels - forwards and backwards. In case, the barbell bar gets out of hand during the training, it either falls forwards or backwards in the barbs of the cage or in freely adjustable crossbars between the barbs. Due to the guiding of the bar, it is possible that it is canted. Hence, a free, flexible training with barbell bars and an optimal safety are made possible at the same time with the Hoist Dual Action Smith. Squats and weight lifting can be done individually and safely with a free movement.
