The Select Series of HAMMER STRENGTH by Life Fitness offers all in all 22 products and hence ideal conditions for the commercial fitness use. The triceps can be optimally trained with the Hammer Strength by Life Fitness multi-gym Select Triceps Extension. Due to the isolation of the triceps muscles during the exercise performance, it can be trained in the most effective way. In contrast to many other exercising possibilities, the chest and shoulder are not unnecessarily stressed.
The angled arrangement of seat and arm rest offers more stability during the training and the handle turns automatically and adjusts to different lengthes of forearms.
